Boy, this was stressful. Several near show stopping moments. Fitting the hands was super difficult, especially the seconds hand. Then, the movement would stop when I fully screwed the case back (probably using the wrong plastic spacer color on the NH36 movement). Solved that by cutting off a few plastic stubs from said spacer, works fine now. Then I clumsily broke off the stem inside the case, but lucked out because the remaining stem was still too long.

After all that stress, I'm pretty stoked it's working at all 😁 and it's pretty cute too, if I do say so.

Not perfect, though. The lume on the hands is a lot whiter the the near cream shade of the dial, most visible when on direct sunlight. But I'll take it for sure.
