My first three purchases of 2024!

I know most of you are thinking why did I buy the Seiko SPB409J1 lol That dial man and it will be my beater gmt! Actually I ordered it first and have never owned an Alpinist and since I saved 20% on the New GS SBGM247 it's like I got it for free.... Well that's what I told myself anyways!

I also have a custom Ochs Worx Persiapoon on the bench with green canvas Micarta scales and bronze hammered bolsters that the GS will pair nicely with. I'll post updates as they arrive so stay tuned.

I think the entire alpinist line is stellar and that white dial gmt might be the best among them so I would wonder why anyone wouldn’t buy it and want it as a beater gmt for travel trips etc. great watch both look stellar

You are correct sir! Same model as the large folder in this pic. It's the Ochworx Persiapoon, the one below has Copper and stag but I wanted one to match my bronzo and now this GS.
