Bezel misalignment ๐Ÿ˜ž

Anybody else have this problem with Combat Sub? I really like the watch but that misalignment has always bugged me. I have tried to replace it myself to no avail, I felt like I was gonna put undue damage on the case..

It looks like the bezel insert has been modded. If it has, maybe who ever did it did not get it aligned. Just a thought and here is a pic of my combat sub aligned fine from factory,

I know my Combat Sub looks fine, maybe you got a lemonโ€ฆ..returns or exchanges?

Ive had it for 4 years now my man. It's a keeper... I got it back when my collection started going into the "affordable" swiss route lol. The bezel annoys me but nevertheless I love the watch.

It keeps excellent time.

I am old enough to remember when we were happy to get a watch that we liked because it told us the time and didin't scrutiniize every minute detail of its over all perfection. It was a simple instrument to let us know, about, what time Bonanza was on TV. Now, Thanks to the internet every one is timing thruster blasts for NASA so that docking will be successful. In an "old man yells at clouds" way I feel sorry for what has become of enjoying watches.

Im already on eBay searching for it. Don't know how this video got past me. Thank you ๐Ÿ™

Well, considering Glycine just started offering ceramic bezel inserts you could just change the old one?

ยท

Indeed I'm going to.

Watch collecting attracts the OCD for some reason.

I wouldn't buy another glycine for an entry level swiss watch. I'd go with Tissot, Steinhart.. That is if entry level is what your looking for. Also Hamilton but they're prices are getting quite steep. But with Steinhart you could get a decent watch anywhere from $500- $1000+. With Tissot $400-$700. I'd say Steinhart is your best bet, to your particular question. It all depends on what you want. Hope this helps.

Thank you for that information.

Yes sir happy hunting.
