One piece bund strap or not?

So I know you know about bund straps. But they are usually made of two pieces… well three. The regular two straps, and the band that goes underneath. I really like the way they look, but sometimes I feel like is too much, too much leather also.

So what is you take on this one piece bund straps? Which one you prefer?

Um, so you have to place spring bars in the band and then wrestle them into the lugs?

I like the 3 piece straps. It allows you to not worry if the lug to lug is large/small and make the strap a little more versatile.

Yeah, that does seem like it would be a nightmare to install or remove.

I haven't bought a Bund for one of my watches because I feel like each watch needs a Bund that is crafted especially for it (I've seen some baaaaad pairings) and I don't want the combo to look bad.

These seem to be designed for specific watches, so the combo would look good.

That said, like @PoorMansRolex says, getting the watch on to these would be a pain, never mind getting it off. Once the watch went on, it would pretty much live on this Bund until the leather stank enough for one to destroy the strap to get the watch off.

So I'm voting 'PASS'.

I prefer the 3 piece because of its unbundibility.

Is not a struggle actually.

Right, I didn’t think about that. Since is crafted specially for my watch, I don’t have that problem, and I haven’t try to fit it in other watch, but I if I do I may have that problem. Thanks man

Fortunately it isn’t for my watch, it might be different depending the watch. I see you point.

Yeah, I got you. The thing is that my strap was specifically made for my watch, so it fits. If the strap was generic, may be I would have that problem.

Si I would say pasa as well if It was a generic strap. But if it was customized for you watch, I’d say OK!!

Well, that’s a fact! You’re right. I might get a 3 piece as well
