Well… we could use a restock of the Calamity Void. I’d recommend the hell out of it if I knew it was available. It looks awesome.

Going to refresh a few things about the calamity for the next batch. Have to revisit those dials - while the void and azure looked amazing, they were such delicate dials that they had about 80% rejection rate which was a frustratingly high amount

Exactly. You wouldn't want someone like that associated with your brand anyway. I deal with this same type of person everyday at work. "Your product is awful" me: cool, please go buy something else.
I'm sure my volume for support requests is significantly lower and the content is milder than yours. But I can attest there are some crazy customers out there.
