I think I am going to buy this vostok but I know I can get it cheaper elsewhere but not sure how reliable these websites are.
Also not sure is I should get it off of Amazon

I got mine off Amazon. They typically should be around 100 bucks depending on the seller. I would not go beyond that.

Typically they're gonna run 100-120 is what I've seen. I DEF would not go beyond 120 for one. Anything around 100 is expected and probably good enough if you really want it. Also you can always buy a different strap later so consider that too.
You can go direct to Vostok (the first 8 search results here are for the same dial with different cases and straps). Here your 710059 is about £35 + postage. You're not going to get it next day (maybe a couple of weeks, I can't recall) but you can get 2 or 3 for the price on Amazon. There's an email at the top of the page if you have questions for them. I've ordered all mine (6) from here, ranging from £21 to £124.
