Seiko 5 SNK805 is probably my smallest watch. On my 7 inch wrist it does look a little small, but not nearly close to looking silly yet. Itโs 37mm case and 43mm LTL make it quite compact, with only 11mm thickness as well! Great little field watch from Seiko!

Great value for money with this piece too! Good choice.
This Vario Versa
Timex Expedition North Solar 36mm. Great value watch. Sapphire crystal and really accurate solar movement.
Casio F-91W or Casio MW-24. Maybe Vaer C3. Almost any vintage watch because see next paragraph.
I wish I could subscript my following opinion. Any good watch will be fine on a smaller wrist, possibly excluding dive watches and other deliberately oversize things. Most modern sized (boo, hiss) watches are just not good designs. They are fashionably sized instead of practically sized. Hilariously, I have a Casio SNK on today and I've long felt it to be my maximum size without looking disproportionately stupid.
Probably the Tissot PRX 35mm.
Timex Galli S1 38.
Overall, my sweet spot case dimensions for my 6.25-inch wrist are:
Diameter between 34 - 38mm. I may push it to 39-40mm so long as the LTL is short. For LTL, it's between 40 - 45mm. I may push it to 46-47mm if the overall design is still compact.
With this in mind, three in my collection I recommend are...
Seiko 5 SNXS79 (37mm Diameter | 42.4mm LTL | 11.7mm Thickness | 19mm Lug)
Seiko 5 SNKL41 (37.2mm Diameter | 41.9mm LTL | 10.5mm Thickness | 18mm Lug)
Timex Waterbury TW2R25400 (38.1mm Diameter | 44.7mm LTL | 10.5mm Thickness | 18mm Lug)
For my planned acquisitions...
Timex Expedition Scout 36 TW4B13900 (36mm | 43mm | 9mm | 18mm)
Kuoe Old Smith 90-002 (35mm | 41.8mm | 12.5mm | 18mm)
Vaer carries lots of 36mm models like this C3 Design Navy (36mm | 42mm | 8.4mm | 20mm)
Traska Summiteer (36.5mm | 44mm | 11.4mm | 20mm)
