I know the Boldr Venture has fixed lugs, but I am not sure about other models.
You got all that I’m aware of 👍
Oh, I thought of another; the Marathon 34mm carbon fiber GP watches.

It doesn’t. I had this watch and uses spring bars.

Oh, I was going off a review of the titanium model in A Blog to Watch that said it had integrated lug loops eliminating the need for spring bars. It must be only the titanium case. https://www.ablogtowatch.com/titanium-boldr-venture-watch-built-for-extreme-use-in-the-field/
The Dirty Dozen all had fixed lugs.

CWC GS SubHunter
Nick Mankey Straps. Countless custom short length nato style straps on Etsy.
Came here to say Bertucci, but you're on top of that. I don't think new ones are being made, but I enjoy the fixed lugs on my Smiths Nato PRS-40 (there is still a pretty slick chrono version available). Vario does a traditional trench medic line, while BOLDR does something similar but with some modern flair.

Actually, I think that’s a mistake in the review! Just realising I had the black dial one and it definitely used spring bars and you can even see in the pics the drilled holes for those spring bars. Maybe there’s some other variant that has loops for straps.
Those trench watches are fixed strap bars, they weld a piece of metal to their pocket watch.
CWC Mellor 72
Anything CWC
I believe some ADANAC Gallet and Sandy's had them
Rolex Milsub
MkII LRRP Milsub
Tactical Frog (homage or not it does in fact have fixed lugs 😂)
Timex Midget
Citizen Promaster Tough....👀🤏🏻😆😁😅

But this is one way to turn non fixed into as close as fixed as possible. Marathon Shoulderless springbars, in a watch head without drilled lugs.
Could also do the same with Seiko style fat bars, and in fact that's how my Orient Mako Gen I had been since '08. IFYKYK 😂.
Blancpain Fifty Fathoms 3H Bund
Quite a few of the CWC models are fixed bars.
