Need some help with Seiko mod

So now I need some help from experienced Seiko modders. Not long ago I made this Seiko mod using NH35 movement from ali. The thing I noticed that sometimes during the day while I wear the watch it can stop for hour or too, sometimes I just notice it has stopped or other times I just notice that it is late for hour or more which means at some point it stopped but then started running again. So I need your suggestion what could be the problem? The hands installed fine with enough space between them.

My first thought is hand clearance. The minute hand may be hanging up on an hour marker, the second hand, or both. I would remove the movement from the case, pull the stem to position 2 for hacking... look at the watch edge on and turn the crown to make the hands go 24 hours around. With that style of handset, I have also seen the tail ends of the minute and hour hands rub together, so look out for that. If you have clearance and the hands aren't the issue, you have a movement issue.

What @fredcrook said.

If it really isn't the hand clearance: Does this build use a plastic brace inside the case? (white, kinda flimsy) I've seen those being able to interfere with the movement.

If in doubt remove the movement from the case, fully wind it and let it run. If it runs just fine it is a case, brace problem. In rare cases the second hand may also touch the crystal.

Well as far as I can see there is clearence between hands, so probably it is an issue with the movement

In that case, I would find someone with a timegrapher or get one, wind the watch fully, and see if you have a steady amplitude (for an NH35 that's 240-280 degrees or so), and a steady beat error (anything around .05 is acceptable to me for a brand name watch, but I tend to regulate my own builds down to .00 - .02 depending on the orientation of the crown). Then see if the trace is at least steady. If the trace is all over the place, increasing and decreasing beat error and time keeping rate (in seconds per day, + or -) and a continuously falling amplitude are signs of a big problem in the movement. I'm sorry you're experiencing that issue on such a nice looking watch. Don't give up!

How lond do you need to wind it by the hand? Because I try to wind it for the full 1 min and then after short time the watch stops

That definitely isn't right. I'd have someone look at it for you.
