I’d say keep the Hamilton.
It looks unique. At least to my eyes, it’s more interesting than the Seiko.

I love a proper Seiko but that Hammy is a beast. Also it will be harder to replace if you have remorse down the road.
Thank you so much for everyone's input so far. Thought I was missing something obvious at first, that's why I posted question. But now I can see this is in fact a tough one and glad I'm not missing something obvious. Might end up going with the one that fits better on me. Thanks again and hope I get a few more thoughts. Normally I’d say keep the Hamilton but that’s a particularly unappealing watch to me, which would make me pick the Seiko all day long.
I think both are are rather unique pieces but your hamilton doesn't give off hamilton vibes. So I am leaning towards replacing that
