Baltany - Field Watch
I'm debating which baltany field watch to go for. My wrist size is 6.9 inch so all of them will work just fine.
In terms of specs, the S2049 is the best of the bunch with the NH35 movement, however, the dial seems a bit busy and boring.
In terms of design, I think the dirty dozen quartz one is the best looking out of the three, however, I don't know if the quartz movement will last for a long time. The auto version has a seagull movement which doesn't inspire much confidence either.
Which one would you choose as a daily watch?

As an alternative I'd suggest a CWC G10. Quartz, tough and the real deal 💪🏻
I am pretty sure the automatic small seconds is a Miyota movement, but it is my choice. I don't mind a bit of a noisy rotor.
According to their website its a Seagull ST1701 Automatic Mechanical Movement
Dirty Dozen with pen hands and quartz is the best: clean, classic design, and you’ll hardly notice the tick of the small second hand. Plus it actually moves and shows the time when taking out of the watch box!
Been looking at these as well this week. I'm not sure if the automatic is thicker than the quartz or if its the same height. It looks like the automatic is a little higher. Militado do a very similar model in what looks like the exact same case minus with just the broad arrow, so more sterile dial and almost half the price.
I picked up the 36mm quartz 1 year ago. It was the watch that gave me the bug. Before that I was telling the time on my phone. It’s a solid watch, but one year into this obsession and I’m going off AliEx watches and quartz movements. All totally irrational of course as that is where the best value is to be had. I have no reason not to highly recommend this watch, but mine isnt seeing much use at the moment. The dial is a bit sterile. Look at Vario for an interesting D12 style watch with a bit more pizzaz.
I just ordered the W10 Tonneau Baltany pilot watch with sterile dial and broad arrow with an NH35 automatic. Can’t wait for it to arrive
