Seeking Strap Suggestions for a Raketa UFO
Hello all! New the community and first post. 🙂
I procured a pretty good example of a Raketa UFO and thought it would be easy enough to find a new strap, but that’s proven more difficult than I thought. I also have a larger wrist at 7.5” so the 18mm width did me no favours.
The watch originally came with the black croc strap. I then tried the flat link bracelet thinking it would complement the bezel, but it kind of ended up being too much.
I then went with the classic green and brown combo but the light brown I thought would work best with the green blends with my skin tone too much. Maybe another shade of brown?
Any specific suggestions with product links would be super helpful!

Wow that never would have crossed my mind. Very creative suggestion! I’ve never seen myself as a bund strap person, but I’m going to have some photoshop fun and give this due consideration.
A Raketa UFO is a unicorn. You can't dress it up and make it formal. I don't know that a bund would work (too thick and usually the bund is the show, not the watch).
I would try silicone, maybe blue or white (gasp). They originally came on cheap Soviet steel bracelets. Those are still available in the places where you find Soviet watches.
Those black and brown suede leather straps are not doing the watch justice. I would put a lime green or white strap on that.
