I don’t have it on the watch presently, but this is my Vario 1918 Caseback.
I like the Laco Diver Mojave Desert.

The Zenith Pilot Type 20s all had pretty interesting ones. The green one was always my favourite, but there was one with a motorcycle of some kind IIRC too.
