NWA! Celebrating my engagement and turning 30!
This past weekend was an amazing life-milestone weekend for me. Got engaged to my girlfriend of nearly 10 years and turned 30! Came home from work on Monday to my girlfriend (who is definitely not a watch geek and cannot understand how I spend so much time consuming watch content) showing me pictures if the watch she picked out for me as a gift and boy I could not be more impressed/proud. The SBP210, alpinist re-issue that steals your heart with the warm gold hue of the case and the light green sunburst dial. She’s definitely a keeper! (the watch and the girl) :)
When watches stopped just being a cool way to accessorize and turned into works of art on the wrist, I fell off the deep end into the world of watches...based in Seattle, lover of coffee, the outdoors...

You know, it's funny, but I have a salmon dial Baltic MR01 on its way - Baltic said that it should be arriving in September? I think I'm going to keep it completely unopened, and auction that on WC too, with the same 4x matching funds. On Chrono24, there are only 3 listings at the moment, and they're all listed for over $2k! So, hopefully, that raises a lot of money too!
