What unusual date complications have you come across? Any favourites? I always take a second look at day/date windows peering out of subdials, as well as various versions of a triple date.

I think the Pointer Date has a cool way to feature the complication.

True this.
Nomos TANGENTE NEOMATIK 41 is 😎
As per Nomos website: The date ring, placed far out around the edge of the dial, features two red dots that frame the current date.

Quietly cool.
Pointer date. A cool feature is the jump between the 15th and the 16th not covering the moonphase.
Oris Artix GT Day-Date. Inner ring showing the day as the little red indicator makes its way around the dial. Not too "unusual" but integrated well enough that I forgot it was there sometimes.

THAT’s a movement.

I like it.
The day/date/month complications drew me deeper into the watch world.
First watch Seiko5 day/date
Next was this watch from China
Turns out that the month indicator had to be moved manually each month. Live and learn. The watch movement failed after about three months. Pragmatic about that too. My Hamilton Khaki King 👑 came next. Love in a department store showcase.😍
My Melbourne Portsea triple calendar rounds out the group with it's true annual calendar.
My Presage is my date only example.
Quite a journey. The Portsea is a nice topper to a wonderful collection. Thanks for sharing.
