Buckhead dinner recommendations would also be appreciated!
Swiss watch expo in Buckhead is great. If you want ADs, you have to go to Lenox Mall. Don't bother with AP. Last time I was there, they didn't give me the time of day, and offered to sell me cuff links.
Lenox and Phipps malls are adjacent to each other and have several ADs and boutiques. Brown & Co is also in the Buckhead area and carries a number of brands.

I get in Tuesday evening and fly out Thursday afternoon. I need to plan my work travel better to attend watch events!

Brown's, Atlanta Luxury Watches, Swiss Watch Expo and Timeless Luxury are all within 4 miles or of of one another. Brown's is my AD. Check Hermes in the same Buckhead Village shopping center if any interest in that brand. As mentioned, two "high-end" malls are also nearby. Swiss Watch Expo is appointment only and they make it seem like you're hassling them to come try on a couple of watches. They only allow you to view 3 max at a time and for only 30 minutes.
Food- check out Canoe, Yebo Beach Haus, Bones, Chops, Optimist, Marcel for dinner, Buttermilk Kitchen for breakfast. All in the Buckhead area as well.
