Engagement watch??
So I just bought my gfs ring and I’m planning to propose to her on December, but as soon as I got her ring, I started thinking which watch should I ask for. I narrowed it down to 4 options, maybe 5 with a Stowa Classic Flieger, but I can only make a list to vote 4 😂
I want a watch that I can wear everyday, currently I have a Tissot Gentleman (which is the one I’m planning to use on my wedding) a Seiko Samurai Black Manta 😘🤌🏼 and a Seiko 5 SRPE (which I love the dimensions and wearing experience overall), the Seiko 5 has been my daily up to this day, but I want something a little bit higher end.
I think this options I have are pretty solid, that’s why I can’t decide 😅so I’m looking for a little help, any other suggestions are welcome

I didnt know "engagement watches" were a thing?! I now feel deprived, wonder if I can get one retrospectively?! 🤔 however I've driven her mad with my watch obsession over the 7 years we've been married so I'd be lucky to get a red balloon let alone a watch! 😆
I reckon the #hamilton is the best option for an everyday watch.
Chris Ward Colchester is the highest quality out of those, IMHO.
All great watches but for me only the Trident is "special" Dune and Khaki are excellent GADA watches but the Trident does that and more.
I picked the Trident because the Stowa wasn’t an option. My third choice would be the Hamilton.

I’m also biased. I don’t have personal experience with CW but have heard only good things. The Khaki Field Auto dial layout is supremely handsome and I never get tired of looking at it. However, the lume is just “ok.”
