Sailcloth Strap FTW

I’ve found that I really like sailcloth straps—they are more durable than leather but more formal than rubber or NATO. A happy medium.

What is your favourite non-bracelet strap option?

Let’s see some interesting/different strap combos!

I have an Artem sailcloth with their RM style deployant clasp. It's fantastic, and I used it with multiple watches. I have a NATO for my SMP too, but not a huge fan of it because it pushes the watch over the edge of being to thick. I've been converted to liking rubber straps by my recent Casioak purchase too.

Artem is great but expensive. I have had two Bartons and one of them started fraying in a week, the other is holding on a little bit better.

I like the sailcloth straps. I don’t personally own any. I use nylon or silicone  rubber NATOs on everything.

Nice. I've not tried one yet.

I guess it's all relative. If you are getting a strap for a watch costing thousands, I'd rather pay the $100 for a quality strap, which is still a lot cheaper than an official strap.
