DOXA 200T Searambler or Professional

I've always wanted a doxa but had small wrists for them. Cant decide between colors though. I feel like historically you have to go with Professional, but I'm drawn to the Searambler. Please help me decide!

Got go Profesional, that orange dial is iconic to Doxa.

·

Doxa = orange

I would love to recommend that you purchase the white pearl colorway instead. If you do, I will be living vicariously through you. 😅

I am having same debate. For me I tend to lean towards the boring colors so professional would be out of comfort zone. Caribbean would be a good cross between boring and some flash of color.

·

Normally I say go with what you like, but in this case you're wrong. Get the orange.

Me too, but the history and iconic Doxa orange is a reason to branch out of that zone for a purposeful reason which is my core debate.

Depends what else you have in the collection. If you have enough other watches, steer into the look and go for the orange. But if the silver calls to you, go for it. I’ve always liked the diving star version best for some reason myself, so I think there’s no need to go orange just because, only get it if you like it, there’s a doxa for everyone

DivingStar 🤪

·

Professional all day.

·

I'd say professional between the two although I'd personal go SHARK HUNTER 😜 🦈

·

If you want it to scream “I’m a Doxa” go with the professional. If, however, you want a versatile piece that feels a bit vintage, go with the Searambler. I debated this very thing for my 300T and ultimately the Searambler won. I’ve not regretted that decision at all.

Always room for more. If I was given the option of ONE Doxa... It would be the Doxa Army

I went Searambler! Just got it. Love it.

Hi there, can you please share your wrist size. Would like to get an idea of how the new smaller case and dial look.

Slightly under 6.5”. I just posted more pics, including some comparisons.

Thank you, that's exactly my wrist size. It looks great on your wrist.

Looks unreal, so hard to pick colors though lol.

Orange is iconic. For my only Doxa (so far) I went blue on beads of rice. But could be easily convinced to add an orange one to my collection. 😃

Here's a small sampling of some color from a 400 watch collection.

I believe Jaques Cousteau wore an orange Professional, and that just speaks for itself

·

6.25 inch wrist. I had a look at a searambler beta. It’s much slimmer than the 300t and it felt great. I haven’t tried the 200t yet but I felt comfortable with the beta and I think it was because it feels so slim.

After my last post I thought I better go try a 200t. This is what a 200t looks like on a 6.25 inch wrist. The dial is definitely smaller and is actually similar size to the sub 300 (the non T version). Hope this helps 😁

Could you show me the orange 200t on wrist?

·

Sorry, didn’t see the orange. They just had the green.

·

No worries, thanks!

·

I’m not sure if this will help but here are the ones I had a look at today. I felt that the 200t was a little small for me. The 300t and army was a little big. The 300 felt good and the beta felt the best on rubber. I would definitely suggest you try them all on to see which one you like. It’s a strange case shape and what looks good on photo doesn’t always feel the same in real life.
