I am also interested in buying this book. Does it have stories from people with watches other than swiss-made? I bought 4 books so far on wrist watches and 95% or more of the material is on the swiss. Would love to read about other brands.

Delta6, this book is essentially a "coffee table" style book that has well-photographed watches that go along to brief stories from the owners or former owners of the watches. The span everything from Casio and Timex (a cool story about Bill Murray gifting a Timex to the owner of one of his favorite restaurants) to Cartier and Rolex. It is more about the stories than detail-oriented info about the specific watches. I found the book very inspiring and there are some really interesting historical points. While there are Swiss watches featured, I did not get the vibe that it was about that. Also, there are lots of cool stories about "affordable" watches, so it is not just about this or that really expensive thing...
Great book and then read A Man and his Car
