Are all COSC movements tested?
Are all COSC movements tested? Or do they only test samples of the production lot?

All tested
Tudor checks them individually internally before they are sent to COSC to be certified individually. They are recheck again individually when they return to the factory. So, they are tested 3 times.
Tested & the manufacturer tests prior to shipping to COSC for certification
