I'm not a huge fan of the gold Sub, but the new GMT Master looks great with that bezel and Jubilee bracelet. I've always loved the gold Daytona and YM on Oysterflex.
I know it's not a sports watch, but I just added a gold DayDate (18238) to my collection, and am loving it.
It tried the gold Rolex GMT and I'm afraid it just wasn't me ,but as they say you don't know until you try

Looks great - but yes, if you're not feeling it, then it's never worth it. That gold Jubilee is 👌
I’m not into the gold sports models. Just too much for me. The Day Date is another matter entirely.

I prefer an automatic movement. The Oyster bracelet is a dream. Green doesn't look great against my skin. Omega's 42mm (13.2 mm thick) is so much harder for me to wear than Rolex's 40mm (11.9mm thick).
I also love yellow gold watches but more in this vein. Rolex a tad too on the nose for me.
They are alright to me. Doesn’t move the needle to much Personally but I’m happy you love them!
This is the only Gold watch I own. The newest President Day/Date. It is a bit flashy for me but heck..Im old..LOL
