Very classy, classic watch. I believe Medana were an accessible brand of Meyer & Stüdeli.
I've never heard of the brand, but they appear to possibly be associated with Roamer based on a quick search at https://watchlibrary.org/
Perhaps that site may offer more info for you.
The previous two comments are correct. They were the budget brand to Roamer. Very often they used pin pallet movements and base metal cases. There are many very good looking examples out there (like yours). Interesting handset.

That’s a handsome one.
If you pop the back it will likely be an MST movement, and they are genuinely very good, but I fear Medana were ones that housed the MST pin-levers (yes, even MST made pin-levers)…
