Hey folks! I'm new here but I've been lurking for a while. I saw this new Mathey Tissot and Massena Lab collaboration released this morning and I'm curious what you all think. Im a fan of the burnt degrade dial. Pretty neat vintage design with a fairly unique shade on the dial, brushed case and polished steel bezel. If you don't like orange - this ain't the one for you!
I think Mathey Tissot released the same watch, albeit in different dial colors last fall. Not quite sure how the Massena version differs other than the dial color.
I think they're pretty attractive and the price seems fair (<$1000), considering the design and movement. What do you think?

The '70s called. They want their watch back. 😜
Too '70s for my taste, anyway.
It has orange on it. I'll take one.

Jay! Don't be hating on the 70s. I have an Omega Seamaster Chronostop 41mm 145.007 coming in from Germany any day now.
Very cool watch!
Nice retro look. Personally for 1k for sw200 is a bit of a stretch especially for Matthew-Tissot. Sometimes I wonders if many companies are just jumping on the gravy train with their MSRP pricing.
I managed to put in an order right before they sold out so I'll report back with some photos. I am a fan of the orange accents and thick markers. Not sure I'm a fan of the polished bezel thought, might be too shiny on top of the shiny dial.
Cool and unique! I vote yes! 👍
Cool looking retro watch.
It's awesome. Very 70s and the stainless bezel keeps it leveled. 👍
It’s a cool, retro look! Not necessarily my style. But for those who like to look, I think it’s actually a good deal. My every day watch is a Tissot, so needless to say I’m a fan.
Great deal
Mathey Tissot is stuck in the last century and compete with Certina and Tissot. You can't go wrong with any of the 3 companies. All they need now is Fautina lume.
It looks nice, but whenever I see that name I think of shopping channels
