Hey folks! I'm new here but I've been lurking for a while. I saw this new Mathey Tissot and Massena Lab collaboration released this morning and I'm cu...
Formex has way more depth to the dial with the applied markers and lines on the face of the dial. Both are great watches but I just prefer applied markers in general, and way better lume too.
Hey, thanks for asking. This is one of those watches I really liked in photos but less so on my wrist. In the end I like almost everything about it, the case shape, brushing, thinness, bonklip bracelet, size, movement accuracy and quietness, etc. The lume isn't very good but good enough. Ultimately I just don't like the dial. The numerals pushed toward the center make the dial look smaller than it is and it just isn't connecting with me. I just posted it for sale on watchexchange on reddit.

I bought an aftermarket clear caseback for my speedmaster when I owned it. It showed off the beautiful handwound movement and made the watch thinner as a bonus.
I don't own one but I've always thought they have some interesting designs. I particularly like some of the watches you've highlighted here. I'll have to try one at some point.

I have about 5 watches at any one time. They come and go, some stay for longer than others, but I like trying different watches, appreciating them for their unique style and quirks and then moving on. I've given up on the romantic idea of permanence.
