N(old)WA! Seiko SilverWave

I recently had the pleasure of adding a new piece to my watch collection: the Seiko SilverWave 5933-7020.

The battery was also recently replaced and the watch is in great working condition. It features a screw-down crown at 3 o'clock with a crown guard and a screw-in case back, as well as a unidirectional bezel. I particularly love that my unit has the days of the week in Japanese and English, it gives it a unique touch.

The tsunami caseback logo is used to signify a watch that is intended to get wet and has been used on various waterproof/diver watches from the old SilverWave through the Pro and other divers of today. The size of the wave rendered on the logo denotes the watch's water resistance and performance attributes.

In conclusion, I am extremely happy with my purchase and I can't wait to wear it and show it off. The Seiko SilverWave 5933-7020 is a great addition to any collection, it's a tough, manly and well-prepared watch for an active lifestyle.

Hey there! i just purchased and received a 7546-606a silver wave Z JDM version. Had to type it into the search engine and See who else was out there. this watch happens to be made the same month and year as myself pretty pumped to pick it up found it by complete accident and had to pull the trigger immediately. I told myself try to restrain yourself for 2023 and it lasted approximately 14 days. Really like the way your watch looks. It definitely has that classic Seiko vibe, enjoy!
