Just arrived! Lovely watch and super quality, but feels way dinky at 35mm with 41mm lug-to-lug. Then again, looks okay in the photo (I think), so maybe the “it wears small” narrative is all in my head 😄
The white version has a little black tag around the bracelet indicating sapphire crystal 🤔The plot thickens.
I own the Lorier Falcon III, and have this Nivada Grenchen Super Antarctic 3.6.9 on my list. Both pretty awesome (and more attainable) alternatives to the Rolex 1016.
The Vaer A3 Atlas Auto 36mm has been on my list for a while. I don’t normally go for dates, but located at 6 and with the trapezoid shape window I think works rather nicely. Plus the red seconds hand really pops against the dark blue 😎
