Wave Ceptor's "Older Ti Brother"

After going down my WWV and radio controlled timekeeping rabbit hole last month and getting a white dial Wave Ceptor in my collection, I couldn't help but pine after the upgraded Ti Lineage here.

This piece is well known to the watch YouTube space, having many reviews and fans. It has the same excellent 5161 module, but has a titanium case and bracelet. The bracelet also has a convenient link removal system that would be nice to see on more watches. I think the bracelet is the best upgrade over the less expensive Wave Ceptor; much more comfortable for daily wear.

This dial is a bit more elegant as well, lending itself better to semi-formal and business casual outfits. It reminds me a bit of the venerable Breitling Aerospace. For less than $200 I am very happy with this and feel like I got a lot of watch for my money. It's gonna be hard to reach for anything else as a daily the next few weeks, I think.

Congratulations! The Lineage are fine watches. Can ‘t be too far from the Oceanus line in my opinion.

Great looking watch, love the duller grey look of the titanium with that grey sunburst dial. I think that makes a great alternative to an Oceanus model

Ben's Watch Club had the best review on these. Putting solar and multiband in an elegant design with a digital window checks off a lot of boxes.

Older brother? I find your reasoning boring and pedantic. Maybe try the fountain pen hobby, although I'm sure your opinions on blue-black ink would be, interesting. Better lucky next time you neck bearded twt.
