BLACK BAY 58 OR 54 FOR SIX INCH WRISTS
I’m selling my BB GMT because it’s way too big on my six inch wrists and I’m not sure what to replace it with

I'd say go for BB54. Better clasp and it wouldn't overwhelm your wrist.
I have a 6.25 inch wrist and I’m going for the BB54. I currently own a BB58 925 but I I’m gonna be wearing the 54 much more. I can make this statement because I also own a Yacht-Master 37 and it fits me perfectly. The 54 will only be fractions of a mm thicker. 👌🏼

I also have 6ish inch wrists and the BlackBay 58 wears comfortably. The choice between the 54 and 58 shall be based on looks mainly, not size

Try both on and take a picture. I have a 6inches wrist and the 58 seems to wear very well.
The 58 will probably fit your wrist, but unless you like a "bigger" watch, then 54 is the obvious choice.
