New watch
Was traveling this weekend and bought my first Grand Seiko (and GMT). I’ve been eyeing this one for a bit and going back and forth on it since it was more than I wanted to spend but I’m very happy I pulled the trigger on it.
The dial is meant to emulate lacquered floor boards in traditional Japanese houses reflecting the autumn leaves and sun. I love the specifics of inspired dials like this.
