Omega Aquaterra over the seamaster in my opinion (just preference). I have the Longines heritage and love it. It dresses down well too. I almost bought the Longines Zulu time when I was shopping and think it’s a beautiful watch too. I like the green but I worried the green/black/gold version might not be as timeless as one of the others. I guess I’m probably not helping your decision that much (though doesn’t seem like you could go wrong). My final vote would probably be for the AT or Zulu time.
