If you need a date: Omega. But I’d choose the Tudor, even though I’m a Omega fanboy. Also the bracelet is nicer on the Tudor. Here’s a picture from a Tudor event last year. It wears similar to a Rolex Oyster Perpetual 39mm in terms of size. If I wouldn’t have that watch already with a black dial, I would’ve gotten the Tudor. But those two are just too similar visually.
To my eye, the Omega looks dated, especially the bracelet. It reminds me of a 1980's bracelet in a 90's Pierce Brosnan Bond movie. Plus I absolutely despise the useless helium escape valve. (The wart at 10...). Great watch, just played out and in need of an update.
The P39 is a classic updated diver.
The worst thing I could say about it is the clasp might be too big for some people.

I disagree I feel they both are different enough to have both in your collection. I have the pelagos 39mm but thinking about getting the seamaster white dial as well.
