There are a few dead ones for parts on ebay but try looking for resistance between the battery and board. @kiwiseiko does the vintage Seiko's but I have found if one brand has a fault it's usually suffered by most of that brands models.

Looks like a hack job repair of the battery contact unless I'm mistaken. Check for continuity between the battery contact point and the base of that contact where it meets the board. It may just need some soldering

Has that one battery contact been splinted?

Actually, it sure looks like that contact, which should be for the bottom (-) of the cell, is going to touch the (+) side and short out. It should be recessed in the plastic to prevent this, but previous repair has probably made that less so.

Put a piece of tape or any other insulating spacer between the edge of that contact where it is mangled  and the battery while allowing the base to contact. Or put nail polish on that battery edge.

I tested all the circuits and components with the multimeter.. the only doubt that it is the connectors of the two batteries.. I wanted to clean them.. one of them is broken.. the module is very thin material , i think it's a film, so i can't use tin as i believe.. so if there is a solution i would really appreciate it.

silver solder but put some on the loose piece first.
