Hi John. Strangely I sometimes look at this watch and think.. I wish the dial was a Panda. But then I strap it on and I remember why I got the blue. There are not many all blue chronographs on the Crunch and this one really pops with the orange accents. The Dauphine hands are something else that I love and hate. They are really just flat slabs of metal with no detailing to them. In low light they can be difficult to see against the blue dial, but in the daylight, they look superb and I can see why DH chose this style. Another negative note is the sweep chrono hand is ever so slightly off at the 12 o'clock when at rest. I'm sure it wasn't like this when I first got it.
Lastly, if you find my newer posts.. I think I've found the perfect strap to pair it with.
I probably wouldn't buy another chronograph, I don't really think they are my style, but I can't see me ever selling this one either. I do enjoy wearing it.

Sorry, if my reply sounded negative, I really didn't mean that. I think it's a great watch and one I enjoy wearing. I call it my Blue Nina. I'm sure you know why.

Thank you John! I appreciate the honest review there. That strap does look the business on this watch!
A.good part of the reason I'm looking at this model is I'm very seriously considering a Speedy, but haven't really had a Chrono before. So I thought "why not test the water?"
There's always the Pagani clomage to test, but I think I'd prefer something with its own style and voice, but can get me close to the fit and feel to give an honest assessment of the style.
Enter the 1962.
I thought about the black "Evil Nina" but there's just something about that deep Pacific Blue...
Very much appreciate your take on the watch. It's featuring pretty high on my list!

I onwed the DH 1964 in white panda, it was a really well executed design.
You got a WINNER for a wife buddy 👍🏾. This blue on blue is so nice 🔥🔥🔥

Iit was a hard choice between a Panda and a blue, but in the end Mrs. Yonder thought the blue was nicest... So what's a fella to do 💙

Cracking watch packed with history! Born in 62 .. Humm, 1962 + 62 = 2024! You don't need a crystal ball to know it's gonna be a big year!

Meka Quartz is so much better than Pagani.
