Ok, I got a question
So a friend of mine likes Anime and said that she wants her first watch to have a connection to anime, you always hear watches from wester culture movies like James bond with Rolex Seiko and omega or Casios in alien or back to the future but is there either a watch that was in some anime or a limited edition that can still be bought for the budget (90€ max) thanks guys and thanks for your help

For the budget you mentioned, @Adiplin has them.
If you are looking for something aspirational for your friend in anime themed watches for the future, Seiko did some relatively expensive ($ thousands) but classic looking Studio Ghibli colabs. Here are 3 (1 for Laputa: Castle in the Sky and 2 for Porco Rosso). They were limited edition (of course) but at least a year ago when I looked as a possible present for my Ghibli loving daughter they were readily findable on the secondary market (and even one new).
Sailor moon g shock. I got one for my gf, it's a really cool watch but that backlight is terrible, still cool though.
