Patek recently caught my eye with the launch of a grail field watch in the 5226G - I’m a sucker for applied luminous Arabics. But in white gold, 30m water resistance and the minor fact of a £31000 price tag, there’s not many of us who will be scrambling down scree slopes or hunting for fatwood with one of these on..
I found a couple of nice alternatives. What else is out there!?

What's your budget and size preference? I like the Longines myself as I was thinking of getting one.
I don’t have $31,000, but if I did I don’t think a field watch would be the call. To me a field watch exists to do work, and take abuse as needed. At that price, I wouldn’t feel comfortable actually using the watch. To me, that’s a waste of money.
What model is that Hamilton? Looks like an A-11.
The Hamilton is nice but no AR coating. Reflections are annoying. That's my biggest gripe with some Hamiltons.
The Hamilton is a khaki aviation pilot pioneer. You can get them in 38mm and 43mm. I think they have AR coating but not quite sure. The 38 have ref code H76205530
Maybe take a look at Farer field/aviation style watches

I guess it’s all relative, isn’t it?
I remember when a £300 used Hamilton Khaki seemed like pushing the boat out for me.
For some, £30k on a watch wouldnt make a dent.

No AR coating
I guess both are right. The 38 mm seems to have AR coating:
... while the 43 do not have AR coating
