I walked into an AD 15 years ago…I’d been visiting this store for some time, and they never had a steel Daytona in stock. But this one day, right before Christmas, they had a black dial 116520 in stock. I had been searching multiple ADs for a Daytona for about 10 years at that point and was over the moon. Obviously I bought it.
Luck struck again. A month later, I walked into the same AD, and my sales associate offered me TWO more Daytonas 116520. Not buying those additional two will be a regret I’ll live with for a long time.
