Seiko gets my vote.

Amazon. I was just browsing pages of watches and I forget what model number I clicked on but it had a few color variations. The last one in the row had different indices, so I clicked that one, szsb for 123.33

Not quite as good of a deal, but it illustrates what I’m saying. The main one shown was the green for 149, but after clicking you can see silver is 125. So if your open to what you want, and it has to be from Amazon, it pays off to dig in.
I second the Seiko SNXS series (especially the SNXS79) as I just ordered one myself. I also like the SNK series like Seiko SNK 603 or 607 for the textured dial. I got mine for about 100 USD.
