Yes lower dial is current time.the right dial is chrono minute.Left dial is running second.Blue hand is chrono seconds.

After only two months.Sending back for repair.Runs super slow.If I try to wind it,Feels tight.Very easy to notice something is wrong.Wish me luck!!!
