i use chrono24 when i sell watches above 1,000 €. they charge you a fee of 6.5% (which is quite some money), but you can be sure that everything will be fine.
the process works as follows: you agree with the buyer and he sends the money to chrono24. they confirm that to you and you send the watch to the buyer. if he decides to keep it, he tells chrono24 to pass the money on to you. if he does not do anything, they do that automatically after a week, i think.
i have gone through this process a few times and so far there have been no problems at all.

the case has a diameter of 45 mm, but the watch fits perfectly on my 18 cm-wrist as there are (almost) no lugs.
