Picked up this 1920s/1930s Waltham trench style watch for restoration. I believe it has a busted pallet fork, but other than that it looks to just need a service and some cleaning and elbow grease for the case.

Wow, how does one fix a pallet fork?
Wow, how does one fix a pallet fork?
At my skill level. I will buy a donor movement and take it from that.
Beautiful, reminds me of my 1925 Omega. Good luck restoring it, I hope to have mine fixed soon. If I may ask where did you find such a beautiful watch

Wow! Cool project, with a nice reward at the end. I didn’t realize broken pallet forks were a thing… good luck
Very nice watch. Good luck on the servicing. I have a Gruen Precision in the works right now and had to get some spare movements for parts too. I had a cap jewel fly away during oiling. It has definitively been an exercise in patience as I’m in my third attempt at reassembly now.
Awesome!
Omg dude this will be amazing when done!!!!
