The Seiko is more formal with its Roman indices and black strap.I'd say use that for darker suits like navy blue, brown and black. Use the Hamilton for lighter colored suits like grey, suits with patterns, sports jacket and the like. Bear in mind I don't know anything about fashion. Just how I would do it.
As above, I like the Roman numerals of the Seiko, but the Hamilton is nice too. I like the case of the Hamilton. At the end of the day, both are fine. 😄

I think that the roman numerals work better for this cartier “tank” style watch when paired with a suit.
