I think 2. pairs well with the GMT hand and the dial text.
Prefer the first one myself. Not a big fan of the orange, but both look good

Option 2. But the tip of the second's hand counterweight is way too long and it doesn't need an arrow. It took me a few seconds to understand which side of the hand is supposed to point to the seconds.
