I tried on IWC Ingenieur at a local dealer. I must say the only thing I really like is the dial pattern. Really was not feeling the bracelet.

Seems like it’s having a very hard time finding a positive response from folks. The price doesn’t help.
I’ve not been able to see one in person yet, but I’ll be honest and say that I loved it when it was first announced. Goes to show how important it is to see it in person, I suppose.

It's indeed a beautiful watch. I really like it. The only thing I didn't like when I tried it on was the price. I was ready to walk out with one at $9.5K, but when they told me it was way more, I was like, "Wow, wow, wow!" Another one added to my list to buy from the second-hand market.
That's a shame as it seems so well designed , the price though, I think is crazy. This is the benefit of going to an AD and trying it on, it's always good to see a watch in the flesh , even if it tells you what you dnt like :)

Overall, bracelet didn't feel same level as case. Bracelet links did not feel solid. Butterfly clasp are never great but this one seems worse than average

need to understand that in this day ange , the quality of the bracket will be judged at the samel lvel as the dial and case
Awesome you have managed to see, feel and try one on in person then 😅 whilst a shame to hear, this a "lucky escape" by the end of the day.
I tried one on a few weeks ago as well, the black dial for me. I like it, but I don’t 12 grand like it.
The Ixdao on aliexpress is close as it gets for 250 dollars
The bracelet is so comfortable and well designed. It’s definitely not meant to be very substantial. Have you tried on a Nautilus bracelet? Similar design but even more delicate feeling.

Nope. Some day! I'm comparing more to bracelets from Piaget, Cartier, Zenith lines. All their bracelets seemed better , but maybe they're just different
