Expansion band or Speidel or Twist-O-Flex should yield similar results.
Except it's not. The one in the pic is, I believe, a Seiko original with styling similar to the fixo flex.
However, it's not a flexi one. It is very nice though, I have one of the very limited 15555 run!

Damn you're right. So many name for one bracelet, i think speidel is the brand and twistoflex is the type right?

Just a standard Seiko clasp on the back.
Retro elastic bracelet seems to be a more generic term good for search, while the others seem to be more "proprietary" for the brand that used it.
