Potential new addition
I got a few pieces in from Oris for photos, and this one as got me thinking! This piece even got my wife's attention, and she's really not into watches. Oris x Cervo Volante Big Crown Pointer Date

Me neither but the pictures looks promising.
The Oris Big Crown never caught my eye until now. That blue dial with the brown strap ... perfection.

That dial color is awesome - I don't recall seeing it before.
Oris has some wonderful dial colors available - I had picked up my Oris Aquis Great Barrier Reef III just for the dial color.
Just saw these about two weeks ago at an Oris AD, and the entire Cervo Volante collection is stunning. The slight reduction in case size to 38mm really works. Even the grey dial, which I didn’t expect to love from photos, was stunning. I like the added legibility of the red-tipped date hand on the gray.
The blue calibear 40x is also one you have to see in person.

The dial is gorgeous and I love the blue on the pointer hand. My favorite thing about this might be the in between case size of 38mm, Oris has been playing around with case sizes on LEs and I think it’s working. If I didn’t already have a 40mm blue Pointer Date I’d hop right on this!
