I fell hard for the Tudor S&G models. I think part of it was the satin finish to the gold, which gave it more of a retro/tool watch vibe. I ended up acquiring the BB Chrono S&G, Heritage BB41 S&G, and this BB GMT S&G. I didn’t keep the Heritage BB41 for long, and I shouldn’t have bought it, but it was used and at a great price, so I snatched it up. Now, however, I want mostly stainless steel, ceramic, grade 5 titanium, or full precious metal watches from here on out. And who knows, I might end up falling for a Vacheron Constantin 222 in two-tone. I would love to start a collection of those if they expand the model line into further variants…
I couldn't imagine having a VC. They are gorgeous but I would treat them like prized painting in a museum. But I wish you luck on that journey. I think I have a working my next journey as well.

Hopefully, I have many years ahead of me to collect all kinds of timepieces, and I look forward to the hunt as much as the catch.
