Have you read the Wristwatch Handbook yet? Is it mainly lovely photos or is there quite a bit to actually read?

The wristwatch handbook is an amazing read with some great photos. Just beware its huge and heavy, so not a great toilet read 😂
On the flip side, it's much cheaper than watches!! ;-)
Same here man. Not pictured is my "man and his watch" book. Under the retro watches book are an Oris and Tudor catalog. Thankfully I have slowed down.

I know, some are really nicely done as well. The Glashutte catalog is really top notch and free 👍🏻
The VC catalogue is a must for this addiction of which I surely don't face either 😅

The Wristwatch Handbook is an incredible read. Just a few pages a day and you will learn something about every conceivable complication, explained in easy to understand language. And the pictures are second to none. I’ve given one to several watch lovers, including my Patek/Rolex AD.
A proper watch book library is an essential for the advancing collector. Things online come and go but not if it is in black and white. I can't count the times that I have found stuff in my library that could not be found anywhere online.

Don't do books these days but there's no way that one works on a Kindle! I've ordered a copy 👍
