Celebrating my "Grail" watch
It's a bit on the nose but I saw this little guy for sale on Amazon and couldn't resist!
Little Kermit here celebrates the acquisition of my Rolex Submariner 16610LV, a watch I've been saving up for since 2018. (Prices have finally settled back to a level where I was willing to pull the trigger.)

Did the watch fulfil your expectations?
Absolutely. Apart from the bezel that sets it apart, this model also has a unique dial / case combination. It has the dial with larger markers but the more compact case before the Subs shifted to the "maxi case." So it's modern but also still feels vintage. I have a skinny wrist so I am partial to smaller watches and this is about as large as I'm willing to wear these days.
