Finally dropped the hammer 🔨

Yes I made my decision. Bought a new and unworn Tudor Black Bay Heritage red 41mm 79230R. In other words the second generation BB41. I’m very happy with my choice, I like the thickness of this generation. But which one would be your favorite if you had to make the decision.

I’m not that familiar with the 41mm version of the BB. A couple of weeks ago I had to try 2nd and 3rd generations ”side by side”. The 3rd generation felt much thinner on the wrist. How much was due to the case and how much to the bracelet I can’t tell. But I seriously considered to trade in my BB58 at the time.

Like the poll is stating the 3. gen is favorite. Therefore i started the poll. To check that. It is thinner, little smaller and has the firsts Meta certified movement in a Tudor. I did look at them all three. But I have a thing for bulkier watches and that’s why I did choose the bulky 2th gen. The 3gen. wil be a succes.

I'm not a big fan of the Black Bay much at all, but this red colourway seems to be an exception. I really quite like it. Enjoy it!

I’d be torn between the 79220R and the M7941A1A0RU-0001. I love how characterfully Tudor the gen 1 Red is + its red crown tube, but the gen 3 Red look really good! I think the looks and the practicality of the gen 1 is probably what would make me choose it at the end of the day
